Return & Refund Policy

Sri Saradha Silks, we take great pride in the quality of our silk sarees and traditional wear. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The request for return is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Note: Slight variations in color and texture due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution will not be considered valid reasons for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Sarees that have been customized, altered, or blouse stitched.

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or with special offers (unless damaged/defective).

  • Sarees that show signs of wear or use.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@srisaradhasilks.com or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you on how to send the item back.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).


4. Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account after verification.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • To cancel your order, contact our support team immediately with your order details.


6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
